Who we are

Project Forward Technologies Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide:

• Your name
• Your business name (optional)
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• The content of your message

For security and spam prevention, our contact form also automatically records your IP address, browser user-agent string, and the page you submitted the form from (the referrer).

We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies on this website.

How and why we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry — our lawful basis is our legitimate interest (and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract).
• To prevent spam and abuse of our contact form — our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in keeping our systems secure.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function.

Who we share your data with

We use the following trusted providers ("processors") to run our service:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud — website hosting, database (Firestore) and serverless functions that process and store contact submissions. We host in the UK/Europe (London region) where available.
• Our email delivery (SMTP) provider — used to deliver your enquiry to us by email. We will name this provider here once finalised.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our legitimate business records, and no longer than 24 months unless we have an ongoing relationship or a legal reason to keep them longer. After that they are deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data;
• object to, or ask us to restrict, our processing;
• ask us to transfer your data (data portability); and
• withdraw consent where we rely on it.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to resolve it first, so please do contact us.
